This is a easy recipe for Parmesan Chicken Strips. It's not too peppery so you don't taste the garlic. Plus, the strips are baked so you don't have to worry about a mess. ENJOY!!!
Ingredients:
1 pkg of chicken breast tenderloins (cut into strips)
1 cup of italian bread crumbs
3/4 parmesan cheese
3/4 garlic powder
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of oil
Directions:
1. Take a Ziploc bag and put in the Parmesan cheese,garlic,and Italian bread crumbs.
2. Mix it well by shaking the bag.
3. Next, break two eggs and beat them.
4. Take a cookie sheet pan and coat it with the oil.
5. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
6. Dip three chicken tenderloins strips in the egg and put them in the bag with the bread crumb mixture.
7. Shake well.
8. Make sure the bread crumbs are fully covering the chicken.
9. Then place them side by side in the pan.
10. Continue the dipping cycle with three chicken strips at a time.
11. Put it in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.
