Ingredients:
deer steaks or other venison steak
dry breadcrumbs
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
garlic powder
oil
Directions:
1. Beat steaks with a meat tenderizer mallot.
2. place in egg, milk mixture.
3. Now put the bread crumbs on a plate& coat them.
4. Fry in frying pan with the oil hot& ready to devour the steaks.
5. sprinkle with the garlic powder.
6. (s& p) if desired I do.
7. fry on both sides.
8. keep warm in oven, now with the guck on the bottom I add onions& mushroom.
9. they make for a good gravy.
10. serve with mashed potatoes, veggie, salad.
11. soooo good.
