Ingredients:
24 oz pork tenderloin
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 c. white flour
2 tsp olive oil
Directions:
1. Combine garlic salt, black pepper, and white flour in a shallow dish.
2. Rinse pork chops in water.
3. Blot semi-dry.
4. Dip chops in mixture,both sides
5. Brown in large non-stick pan, in olive oil, approx 5 minutes each side, or until golden brown.
