Ingredients:
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons butter
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
Directions:
1. Select the 1 1/2 pound loaf size.
2. Add the ingredients to the machine according to manufacturer's directions.
3. Select the basic white bread cycle.
