Bread Machine: Too Good to Be True Ricotta Cheese Bread

This is a flavorful, moist, protein rich bread! 2 lb. recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat milk or 1/2 cup skim milk, warm
1 1/3 cups room-temp. ricotta cheese (whole or part-skim)
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
3 tablespoons soft butter
3 1/2 cups white bread flour, plus
2 tablespoons white bread flour (adjust accordingly)
4 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons dry baby crispy rice cereal
1/3 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 1/2 tablespoons protein powder
1 tablespoon powdered milk
1 tablespoon gluten
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions:
1. Set machine for Basic, Light Crust or Rapid medium.
2. Cool on rack completely before slicing.
