This recipe missing 1/4 cup flour, but is made up by the later addn of oatmeal, bit of the flax and cornmeal, and craisins. The 1/4 c craisins is before chopping up.
Ingredients:
1.67 cups water
3 tbsp skim milk powder
2 tbsp margarine
1 1/2 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp molasses
2 tsp salt
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups white flour
3 servings (125 grams) 7 grain cereal
2 tbsp quick oatmeal
2 tbsp cornmeal
3 tbsp flax seeds
1/4 cup craisins
1 1/4 tsp yeast
Directions:
1. Put all in ending with the yeast. Bake. Takes 4 hrs 10 minutes in my black & decker 2 lb loaf.
