Brandied Cherry Cheese Pie

Super yummy holiday pie! Really easy to make and pretty to see on the table. For adults only.
Ingredients:
pie
1 graham cracker pie crust
16 ounces cream cheese
1-1/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
filling
2 jars cherry pie filling
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup brandy or cognac
Directions:
1. In a bowl, cream the cream cheese until soft, add eggs, one at a time.
2. Then add sugar and vanilla.
3. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, mix the pie filling, sugar and brandy or cognac.
5. When pie is ready, pour on top of baked cheese pie and bake and additional 10 minutes.
6. Cool and then refrigerate for about at least an hour until ready to serve.
