I tried this as a simple dessert for a small get together, and it was really good!
Ingredients:
2 cups low-fat vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup blackberry
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberry, sliced
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1/4 cup brandy
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender, process until smooth.
