Brandied Apple Cheesecake Cake

This fresh-flavored apple cake with a hint of brandy will impress your guests for coffee or tea. From Land O' Lakes butter.
Ingredients:
1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 cup apple cider or 1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup land o lakes sour cream
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon brandy flavoring (*)
2 medium apples, peeled, chopped
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon land o lakes butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon brandy flavoring or 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 -2 tablespoon apple cider or 1 -2 tablespoon apple juice
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt® pan.
2. Combine all cake ingredients except apples in large bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, 2 minutes. Increase speed to medium; beat 2 minutes or until well mixed. Stir in apples. Pour batter into prepared pan.
3. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack 15 minutes. Loosen cake edges with knife. Invert onto serving plate; cool completely.
4. Meanwhile, combine all glaze ingredients except apple cider in small bowl. Stir in enough apple cider for desired glazing consistency. Drizzle over cooled cake.
