I have not tried these muffins yet, but they sound really good and healthy.
Ingredients:
1 cup oat bran
1 cup flour
1 cup flax seed
1 cup natural bran
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 oranges, quartered and seeded
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup canola oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups raisins
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix first 6 ingredients.
3. Mix second 6 ingredients in blender.
4. Mix all together.
5. Stir in raisins.
6. Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
