Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups bran cereal
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 small diced apple
  • 3/4 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Mix cereal and milk. Let stand 10 minutes. Mix all liquids with cereal and milk. Mix all dry ingredients and add to liquids. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
