A good way to easily add in a large amount of fibre into your diet
Ingredients:
1/2 cup all-bran cereal
1/2 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk
1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
1/4 cup raisins or 1/4 cup other dried fruit
garnish with fresh fruit
Directions:
1. Mix all in bowl
2. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes
3. Serve with fresh fruit on top.
