Another one I have not tried but intend to. It comes from an estate sale that I purchased recently and sounds really good to me. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups sliced white onions
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons minced garlic
8 cups firmly packed stemmed torn kale
2 cups chicken stock
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.
2. Add onions, salt and pepper then stir fry 2 minutes.
3. Add garlic, kale and stock then cook stirring occasionally for 3 minutes.
