Braised Chicken Potato Taragon Soup

Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper ground
1 pound(s) chicken breast cubed
2 1/2 cup(s) chicken broth
1/2 cup(s) dry white wine
2 tablespoon(s) fresh flat-leaf parsley chopped
1 teaspoon(s) fresh taragon chopped
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
12 ounce(s) red potatoes cubed
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/3 cup(s) shallots diced
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add shallots to pan; saut 1 minute. Add chicken to pan; saut 2 minutes or until browned. Add broth, wine, tarragon, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add potatoes; simmer 5 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove from heat; stir in parsley.
