Boysenberry Banana Muffins

A muffin filled with plump juicy boysenberries and a hint of banana and the wonderful crunch of toasted almonds is sure to warm any tummy.
Ingredients:
2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 lb butter
1 cup sugar
2 x eggs
3 x overripe bananas
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 pt cleaned boysenberries
1/2 cup chopped toasted almonds
Directions:
1. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Cream butter with sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs. Puree bananas, sour cream and vanilla. Alternate add dry ingredients in 3 additions and banana mixture in 2 additions to the egg mixture. Beat enough to incorporate. Fold in Boysenberries and toasted almonds. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake in a preheated 350 deg F oven for about 25 minutes, until puffed, browned and springy.
