Bowl of Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

I eat one everyday with almond milk before heading out. We make big batches because they go so fast. If you need a smaller batch just do half of everything.
Ingredients:
2 cups butter
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
2 tablespoons baking soda
2 large eggs
3 cups flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup raisins
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon nutmeg
Directions:
1. Place soften butter in a large bowl.
2. Then add the brown sugar, vanilla and baking soda. Mix until well combined. Batter will be soft and creamy.
3. Now add in the eggs and mix until well combined.
4. Add in flour one cup at a time stirring in between cups.
5. Then add in your rolled oats, raisins, cinnamon and nutmeg. Fold ingredients into dough. Dough should be thick but soft and creamy.
6. Using an ice cream scooper, scoop onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake until cookies are light golden brown.
