Bowatche's Cornbread

This is really smooth and rich...NOT at all dry!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cornmeal
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
2 eggs (beaten)
2 tablespoons olive oil
olive oil (as needed)
Directions:
1. Heat oven 425. Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and cormeal.
2. Combine the yogurt, eggs and oil.
3. Combine both.
4. Pour into a sprayed 9x9 baking dish.
5. Drizzle with a little more oil.
6. Bake 25-30 minutes.
7. Let cool completely before slicing.
