Ingredients:

2/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar

2/3 cup ketchup

1/2 cup bourbon or cola soft drink

2 tablespoons minced onion

1 (16-ounce) package bun-length smoked sausage

8 hot dog buns

coleslaw

Directions:

1. Stir together first 4 ingredients in a large skillet over low heat; add sausage. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve on buns with Coleslaw.
