Bourbon-glazed Salmon

One of the best ways to eat salmon. From the Cooking Light magazine
Ingredients:
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp bourbon
2 tbsp soy-sauce
1 tbsp ginger, fresh grated
1 tbsp lime juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
4 skinless salmon fillets
topping
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients (through pepper) in a large plastic bag
2. Add fish and marinate in fridge for 1 1/2 hours turning
3. Heat a skillet over medium high heat
4. Coat with cooking spray
5. And fish and marinate to the pan
6. Cook for 4 minutes per side or till fish is flakey
7. To serve spoon sauce over fish and top with onions and sesame seeds
