Very good greek appetizer-a little spicy but always good!
Ingredients:
8 ounces feta cheese
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 red peppers
fresh tomato
oregano, to taste
pita bread, wedges
Directions:
1. Roast red peppers and tomato slices in lemon juice at 140 degrees in the oven until soft.
2. Broil feta cheese in broiler at 140 also until a little color shows.
3. Mix ingredient together and create a creamy mixture.
4. Season with oregano as desired.
