Boneless Pork Chops With Chili Citrus Crust

Love this combination of flavors. Chops need to marinate about 4 hours.
Ingredients:
1/4 c fresh orange juice
1/4 c fresh cilantro leaves
4 cloves garlic
2 t fresh lime juice
2 t olive oil
1 t ground cumin
1 t chili powder
1 t paprika
1 t ground coriander
1/2 t cayenne pepper
1 t salt
4 pork loin boneless chops, about 1 1/2 in. thick
1 c mango relish (posted seperately)
Directions:
1. Put thie orange juice, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, cumin, chilipowder, paprika, coriander, cayenne and salt in a blender and pulse until smooth, about 6 pulses
2. Using half of the marinade, coat both sides of the chops
3. Place the chops in a resealable freezer bag and refrigerate up to 4 hours
4. Transer the remaining marinade to a covered bowl and regfrigerate until grilling time
5. Heat gas grill to med high on one side, or arrange coals for medium hot on one side of grill
6. Cook the chops until nicely browned, about 2 minutes then turn and grill 2 minutes more
7. Transfer the chops to the cooller side of the grill and baste with the reserved marinade
8. Cover the grill, making sure the bottom and top vents are open
9. and grill, turning once, and basting again, until the chops are just cooked through, about 10-15 minutes more, til internal temp of 165
10. Serve immediately with mango lime relish if desired
