Bon Bon's Oatmeal Cookies - Fat Free & Low Sugar

very low sugar and fat free
Ingredients:
4 oz mtn. high low-fat van. yogurt
4 oz skim milk
5 oz mott's cinnamon applesauce
16 packets splenda
2/5 cup brown sugar
6 tbsp organic egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 cup cream of wheat
1/4 cup milled flax
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cinnamon
3 1/4 cup oats
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350.
2. Beat together yogurt, applesauce, and sugars until creamy.
3. Add egg whites, vanilla, and nut met; beat well.
4. In seperate bowl, combine cream of wheat, flax, flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, a little at a time.
6. Stire in oats.
7. Bake 12 min, or until golden brown.
8. Cool at least 1 minute.
