Bombshell Brownies

Very classic but very good, chewy on the inside and rich tasting. My 2 year old is in brownie heaven.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter; melted
2/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
3. Combine the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl.
4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each, until thoroughly blended.
5. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
6. Gradually stir the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture until blended.
7. Stir in the chocolate morsels.
8. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
9. Bake in preheated oven until an inserted toothpick comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.
10. Remove, and cool pan on wire rack before cutting.
