This is a great little Indian flavored snack from Chatelaine Food Express Quickies. Store the nuts in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 teaspoons curry
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
2 cups roasted salted cashews
Directions:
1. Stir first 6 ingredients together in a large frying pan over medium heat.
2. When butter mixture bubbly, add cashews and stir until hot and coated, (about 3 to 4 minutes).
3. Spread on paper towels to cool.
