Bombay Chicken Wings

Not your ordinary chicken wings. This is something different, with the flavor of curry.
Ingredients:
24 chicken wing drumettes
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
1 tsp. hot sauce
2 tbs. soy sauce
2 tbs. vegetable oil
2 tbs. minced green onion
3 garlic cloves, minced
⅛ tsp. pepper
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the curry powder, turmeric, hot sauce, soy sauce, oil, green onion, garlic and pepper.
2. Add chicken, tossing to coat well.
3. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
4. Drain chicken and place in a single layer on a large cookie sheet with sides.
5. Place in a 350°F oven and bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Serve with a chutney, mixed with plain yogurt.
