Ingredients:
7 fluid ounces yogurt
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 tablespoons mango chutney
1 lime, zest and juice of
2 ounces shredded coconut
cayenne pepper, to dust
Directions:
1. In a food processor, blend the yogurt, mayonnaise, chutney, lime juice, zest and coconut.
2. Spoon into a bowl and chill for 1 hour.
3. Dust with a little cayenne pepper and serve.
