Ingredients:
2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
1 (20 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 lb italian sausage
3 cups zucchini, shredded
1 1/2 cups carrots, shredded
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 clove minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup red wine
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
1. cook, on low heat, all ingredients for 2 hours.
2. serve over pasta.
3. top with fresh parmesan.
