Bologna Sandwich Salad

My mother used to grind the bologna with her old-fashioned crank grinder. She would make large batches as we all loved this. Thinking back, I am sure it also helped stretch her food budget. It really is good and simple to make.
Ingredients:
1 lb unsliced bologna or 1 (1 lb) package of sliced bologna
6 large dill pickles (i use kosher)
1/2 cup mayonnaise, to taste
Directions:
1. Place bologna and pickles in a food processor fitted with the chopping blade.
2. Process until they are finely chopped.
3. Add mayo and pulse until well incorporated into mixture.
4. Chill.
5. Serve as sandwich spread.
