Bok Choy Crab Soup

This leafy vegetable is crunchy and sweet in taste and goes well with just anything .
Ingredients:
3 slices ginger , slightly crushed
1 s. onion , sliced
100 g crabmeat , cooked and flaked
800 ml broth
200 ml water
2 tsp soy sauce
200 g bok choy , sliced
1 carrot , sliced
garnish
pinch of pepper and some sesame oil ( i used olive oil , can even use grapeseed oil )
Directions:
1. Fry the ginger and shallots for few secs .
2. Add the crab meat and stir fry for 1 min .
3. Add the broth , sauce and water .
4. Boil .
5. Add the veges and cook until tender .
6. Garnish and serve at once .
