Bok Choy-Broccoli Stir-Fry

A quick little veggie stir-fry that I serve with grilled pork tenderloin.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon freshly grated gingerroot
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (to taste)
3 cups sliced fresh broccoli florets
1 -1 1/2 lb bok choy, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add onion, ginger, garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add in broccoli and bok choy; stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add lemon juice and sugar; stir-fry 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
