Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange juice, fresh squeezed
1/4 cup carrot juice
1/2 cantaloupe, chunked (seeds intact)
2 apricots, fresh pitted or 1/4 cup dried apricot, chopped
1/4 cup soft tofu
Directions:
1. Using a blender or Vita-Mix, process all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass.
