Ingredients:
16 serving (bob's red mill) gluten free cinnamon raisin bread mix , 1 pkg
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs
Directions:
1. Use package instructions to bake bread.
2. Using your breadmaker, add room temp liquids (whisked together), then dry ingredients, then yeast last.
3. Set breadmaker settings for white bread.
4. If baking by hand, Disolve yeast packet in 1 1/2 cups warm water and let stand for 5 mins.
5. Place dry ingredients in mixing bowl and add eggs, oil, and yeast mixture.
6. Mix on low speed until smooth, beat 15 seconds on medium speed until consistency of cake batter.
7. Pour into well-greased 9x5 inch pan.
8. Cover with plastic wrap and put in warm place to rise, up to 1 hour.
9. Bake 1 hour until internal temp reaches 205 degrees F, covering bread with foil after top starts to brown.
10. Remove from oven, cool 5 mins until removing bread and place on wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
