This time they stayed as balls. And I changed the garbanzo beans to chick peas and got the correct nutritional values
Ingredients:
15 oz chick peas (one can), drained and rinsed
1 cup onion, rough chopped
7 oz tofu
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp curry powder
6 tbsp whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
1. mix ingredients in food processor.
2. Place golf ball size balls onto greased (with spray) cookie sheet
3. bake at 450 until golden brown
