Bluefin Tuna

Make with sushi-grade ahi. Great main course for a Japanese meal.
Ingredients:
12 oz ahi tuna steaks , 3/4 thick
2 tbsp dark sesame oil
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp ginger root
1 clove garlic, sliced
1 tsp fresh lime juice
1 scallion, thinly sliced for garnish
Directions:
1. Mix marinade ingredients together in a container large enough to hold tuna. Put tuna steaks in and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for one hour, turning occasionally.
2. Heat non-stick skillet to high heat. Sear tuna steaks 1 minute on each side.
3. Remove steaks from pan and slice into 1/4 inch slices on the diagonal. Sprinkle with scallion slices.
