Blueberry Summer Cobbler

Ingredients:
1/2 cup third less fat margarine, such as imperial
1 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup sugar substitute, divided
3/4 cup nonfat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Melt margarine in a shallow 1-1/2 quart baking dish.
3. Combine flour, 1/4 cup sugar, milk and vanilla in mixing bowl; pour evenly over melted margarine.
4. Combine berries, remaining 1/4 cup sugar (which has been combined with cinnamon& nutmeg) and water.
5. Spoon evenly over flour mixture.
6. Do not stir.
7. Bake 40 to 45 minutes, until bubbling and top is golden brown.
