easy breakfast smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 medium banana
1 cup fat free milk
3 large strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 ice
Directions:
1. cut banana
2. measure milk
3. measure blueberries
4. wash strawberries and blueberries
5. put all into blender with some ice
6. blend thoroughly
7. add splenda, honey or sugar to taste
8. (optional: add in some protein powder too)
