Ingredients:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup 2% low-fat milk
Directions:
1. Place all ingredints in blender an pluse until smooth.
2. Smoothie will be very thick.
3. If you like sweeter smoothies add 1-3 tbls. of honey.
