Blueberry Sauce - a Little Different!

Ingredients:
3 cups blueberries
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Directions:
1. Stir together all in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, stir often.
2. Lower heat and boil gently for 8 minutes or until thick.
3. Serve warm or chilled.
