Blueberry Pound Cake Loaf

rich and dense and apple juice flavors this delicious pound cake loaf
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup apple juice
1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
glaze
2/3 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp apple juice or as needed.
Directions:
1. Combine flour, baking powdr, salt and cinnamon.
2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs one at a time and mix well,
4. Add the lemon juice, apple juice and mix well.
5. Add dry ingredients and blend until just mixed.
6. Toss berries with a bit of flour and gently fold berries into batter.
7. Place mixture in a greased and floured loaf pan.
8. Bake in a preheated 350F oven about 1 hour or tested done.
9. Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan.
10. Cool completely in rack.
11. Mix glaze and pour over loaf
