This is sooo good and so easy. I'm not sure where I found it but my husband's very happy I did. A very convenient dessert, you can make as many or as few as you like.
Ingredients:
1 ready to eat vanilla pudding cup
4 gingersnaps
1 small can blueberry pie filling (freeze what you don't use in snack size freezer bags)
Directions:
1. Crumble a gingersnap into a dessert bowl or parfait glass
2. Top with 1/4 Cup of the Blueberry filling
3. Add 1/2 of the vanilla pudding cup
4. Crumble another gingersnap on top
5. Warm on high for 45 seconds in the micowave
6. Serve immediately
