Ingredients:
pastry for a 2 crust 9 inch pie
2 pints blueberries
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
2. Roll about half the pastry to fit a 9 inch pie pan.
3. Line pan and fill with blueberries.
4. Combine sugar and Flour together. Sprinkle over blueberries. Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with butter.
5. Roll out remaining pastry and cut a few gashes to allow steam to escape. Adjust on top, turn edges under, press together and flute.
6. Bake in oven for 45 mins or until crust is brown.
