Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups skim milk
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup blueberries
Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add wet ingredients (may use a little less milk to have thicker, denser pancakes) **Do not add blueberries yet!
3. mix together (I use a hand mixer)
4. Scrape sides and bottom to make sure all flour is mixed in.
5. Allow pancake mix to sit for about 5 minutes before cooking.
6. Mix blueberries in by hand.
7. Cook on a medium hot pan, using Pam
8. Flip after pancake bubbles pop.
