Ingredients:
0.66 cup *yellow corn meal
1 cup *no fat plain silk
4 tablespoons *egg beaters
1 cup *frozen/thawed blueberrys
1.33 cup *bisquick
62 grams *2 scoops soy protein
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredents, except blueberries, and mix. After mixed well add blueberries. Each serving is 1/3 cup of batter. Cook on medium-hot stillet with spray or oil. Pancakes are ready to turn when the center bubbles stay broken. Flip only once.
