Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Lightly grease muffin cups or spray with cooking spray.
  3. Place orange pieces in blender and blend until finely chopped.
  4. Add margarine, eggs, and milk and blend until well mixed.
  5. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda in a large bowl.
  6. Make a well in center and add orange mixture, stirring just until moistened.
  7. Fold in blueberries.
  8. Fill muffin cups and bake for 22-25 minutes or until golden.
  9. Cool 10 minutes in pan before removing.
