Blueberry Oatmeal Pancakes

Very yummy, healthy pancake. I added some splenda to sweeten it and some pumpkin pie spice. Blueberries are optional. This makes one giant pancake, or 2-3 smaller ones.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp flour
4 tbsp oatmeal
3 tbsp skim milk
3 tbsp water
1 egg white
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup blueberries
Directions:
1. Heat milk and water until hot. Add to oatmeal and set aside.
2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt togther. Add oatmeal mixture, egg, vanilla, and blueberries. Mix well.
3. Cook in pan over medium heat about 2 minutes per side.
