Substitute the blueberries with elderberries or any other local fruit in season.
Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
Directions:
1. Stir dry ingredients together. Add sugar and rolled oats.
2. Beat egg, milk and melted butter together in large bowl.
3. Add the dry ingredients and stir until moistened.
4. Fold in blueberries.
5. Bake 375 for 20 minutes or until brown.
