Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups flour
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup skim milk
1 egg
1/2 cup canola oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup blueberries
Directions:
1. mix flour,oatmeal,brown sugar,salt and baking powder in a medium sized bowl.beat egg with milk and oil and add to dry ingredients.mix just until blended.fold in blueberries.scoop into 12 lined muffin tins.sprinkle with sugar.bake at 350degrees abot 18-22 minutes,
