Blueberry Nectarine Muffins

Healthy muffin made with whole wheat flour, wheat germ, olive oil & fresh fruit. Great way to start the morning.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup olive oil
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
3/4 cup nectarine, chopped
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons rolled oats
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Spray 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
3. Mix together dry ingredients in large bowl.
4. Mix together wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
5. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until just combined.
6. Stir in fruit.
7. Pour into prepared muffin tins and bake for 18-20 or until toothpick comes out clean.
