Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray standard muffin tin.
  3. Sift flours, soda, powder and salt together. Add wheat and oat brans, wheat germ and mix well. Cut in melted butter.
  4. In separate bowl, whisk eggs, buttermilk and honey well. Stir in blueberries.
  5. Add wet to dry ingredients, stirring only until dry ingredients are wet.
  6. Spoon into muffin tin evenly. Cook for 10 min. at 375, then rotate pan and decrease oven to 350 until done, about 10 more minutes.
  7. Remove from muffin tin to cooling rack.
