Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups whole wheat pastry flour
3/4 cup sucanat
4 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup fresh blueberries or 1 cup frozen blueberries
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. mix dry ingredients together.
3. make a well in the middle.
4. add the liquid ingredients.
5. stir briefly no more then 10 stirs.
6. place in muffin tin bake for 25 minutes.
7. cool and serve.
